Fabulous, but Roseanne Barr is a really big transphobe, so I wish she wasn’t on this list. We aren’t even talking unknowing ignorance, but flat-out hate and discrimination that she’s well-aware of. She does a lot of that “real women” talk.
^I’m so bummed to learn this about Roseanne Barr, but love this collection as well.
It’s funny that she is, because she is absolutely is anti-homophobic. Her hit sitcom back in the day was controversial because of her wanting to introduce many Lesbian and Gay characters such as her friend Nancy, her boss then business partner, Leon, and even her mother (all on the show of course). In real life, two of her siblings are also gay. It was unfortunate to find out she was transphobic, but I still am a fan of hers.
